Biography

Zahra is a Master’s student in Computer Science at the University of Bonn, specializing in intelligent systems and computer vision. Her thesis, supervised by Prof. Dr. Reinhard Klein and Dr. Moritz Wolter, is conducted in collaboration with the HPC/A Lab and the University Hospital Bonn, and focuses on automating MRI brain protocol selection using machine learning.

She also works as a Graduate Research Assistant at the HPC/A Lab, where she supports machine learning projects, assists in teaching advanced ML and C++/CUDA programming courses, and contributes to course development. Her interests include deep learning for NLP and computer vision, with hands-on experience in fine-tuning large models such as LLMs and vision transformers, particularly in medical applications.
